Question: Should i throw away the potatoes if they've been in a pot with water in the fridge for more that 4 days!?
i cant find another pot, and i need to cook spaghetti for my friend thats coming over!. i found a pot in the fridge with potatoes and water in it, they're not cut up or anything!. should i throw them away!? they dont have spuds, or at least none that i could tell, but at the top around the rim of the pot there was this stuff!.!.!.idk it doesnt smell good or bad either!. what should i do!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Put them into a bowl and use the pot!.

The potatoes will be ok,just put them in a bowl of clean water!.
