pralines and peanut brittle are nothing alike, pralines are a creamy sugary pecan candy that sets up but is still soft, peanut brittle is, well, brittle, it contains peanuts and has a mollasses taste to it, the only thing they have in common is that they are both candyWww@FoodAQ@Com
