What cool recipes do you know of that uses peanut butter as an ingredient?!


Question: What cool recipes do you know of that uses peanut butter as an ingredient!?
This might ruin a few appetites out there but for me, I relish peanut butter and onion sandwiches! PB and lettuce sandies are great too, and the lettuce helps to 'un-stick' the PB from the pallete! Any PB recipes out there!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Here's a similar one from Senegal with more vegetables in it:

SENEGALESE MAFE

1 (3 pound) chicken cut into pieces
1/2 cup peanut oil
1 large Spanish onion, diced
2 plum tomatoes, peeled and chopped
4 cups chicken stock
2 tablespoons tomato paste
Salt and white pepper
3/4 cup natural peanut butter
1 small head green cabbage, chopped into 1-inch pieces
2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
4 carrots, peeled and chopped into large dice
4 turnips, peeled and chopped into large dice
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Chopped roasted peanuts, for garnish

1!. Season chicken and brown in oil in a large heavy pot!.
2!. Add onions and tomatoes!.
3!. In separate pot heat chicken stock and whisk in tomato paste!.
4!. Thin peanut butter slightly with hot liquid and add all liquids to pot with chicken!.
5!. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes!.
6!. Add vegetables and cook until chicken and vegetables are tender, approximately 45 minutes!.
7!. Season to taste with salt, cayenne and ground white pepper!. Garnish with peanuts!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
1 cup butter, plus more for greasing pan
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 pound confectioners’ sugar

Instructions
Microwave butter and peanut butter for 2 minutes on high!. Stir and microwave on high for 2 more minutes!. Add vanilla and confectioners’ sugar to peanut butter mixture and stir to combine with a wooden spoon!. Pour into a buttered 8 by 8-inch pan lined with waxed paper!. Place a second piece of waxed paper on the surface of the fudge and refrigerate until cool!. Cut into 1-inch pieces and store in an airtight container for up to a week!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

this one my be icky one for you but my dad used to take a slice of bread with peanutbutter on it, cold hotdog, sliced down the middle with a squirt of mustard down the center, folded over and eaten!.!. Not my fave!.!. but certainly a different combo!.
Here is the recipe for peanutbutter chicken

1 chicken cut into serving pieces
1/4 cup flour
1 egg
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs

Coat chicken pieces with flour!. Blend egg with peanut butter, salt, and pepper!. Gradually add milk, beating with fork to blend!. Dip floured chicken in peanut butter mixture, then roll in crumbs!. Place in shallow greased baking pan!. Bake in 375 degree oven for about an hour or until tender!.

I've made this recipe several times and love it!. Maybe Thai noodles are not what you're looking for, but it's so good!. You should give it a try!
