Tropical Green Tea Smoothie
2 oranges, peeled and separated into quarters
2 bananas, peeled
2 cups seedless grapes
1 cup prepared green tea
1 tsp!. honey
12 ice cubes
1!. Combine oranges, bananas, and grapes in a blender or food processor!.
2!. Blend on high until smooth!.
3!. Add green tea, honey and ice!.
4!. Blend on medium/high until ice is crushed!.

Groovy Green Smoothie (looks like baby poo but it taste great)
INGREDIENTS
1 banana, cut in chunks
1 cup grapes
1 (6 ounce) tub vanilla yogurt
1/2 apple, cored and chopped
1 1/2 cups fresh spinach leaves
Place the banana, grapes, yogurt, apple and spinach into a blender!. Cover, and blend until smooth, stopping frequently to push down anything stuck to the sides!. Pour into glasses and serve!.
Chocolate Covered Blueberry Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
2 cups skim milk
2 cups frozen blueberries
2 (1 ounce) envelopes instant hot chocolate mix
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
Pour the milk, blueberries, hot cocoa mix, and chocolate syrup into the container of a blender!. Blend to desired consistency, and pour into a tall glass!.
Purple Cow Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup grape soda
2 cups vanilla ice cream
10 cubes ice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a blender, combine grape soda, ice cream, ice cubes and vanilla!. Blend until smooth!. If mixture is too thick, add milk until desired consistency is achieved!. Pour into glasses and serve!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 quart fresh orange juice
mint sprig, for garnish
Soak apricots in the warm water until softened, about 20 minutes!. Drain and transfer to a blender or food processor!.
Add banana, strawberries, sugar and vanilla and pulse until chopped!.
Add half of the orange juice and puree!.
Pour into a pitcher and stir in the remaining orange juice!.
Refrigerate until very cold, about 2-3 hours!.
