Recipe for a moist turkey burger?!
I used to be on Jenny Craig, and they had a delicious turkey burger!. It had onions and green peppers in it, but I'm not sure what else!. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had any good turkey burger recipes!? Or if anyone knows the recipe for the Jenny Craig turkey burger that would be awesome, too! Thanks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I recently saw this on the Rachel Ray Show, and made it the same night!.
What she did was take your turkey burger and mix in a bit of spicy mustard, (ketchup will work too) and what ever spices you usually use to patty burgers!. Patty the burgers, but leave a pit in the middle!. Cut turkey bacon into pieces and along with some shredded cheddar cheese, fill the pit!. Cover the pit with extra turkey burger and form!.
In a frying pan, cook with some EVOO, about 8 minutes on each side!.
Serve on a bed of lettuce, with tomato!. She topped hers with pickel slices and onion rings, I used french fries!. And eat with a fork!.
Easy to make, and very delicious!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Do you have Jenny-O products!? They make a tube of the ground turkey that is perfect for burgers!. Stay away from the "lean" packages like Shady Brook Farm!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
