A quart is a pound and a half so lets see a pound is 125 and half of that would be what around 65 cents (grading on a curve math) 125 plus 65 would be around a buck 90ish so a 190 would bea better deal than 250 any day!. Mathmatically speaking I would go the 125 a pound route!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
1 dry quart = 4!.65 cups
1 cup strawberries (avg!.) = 6-7 berries
1 quart = 30 berries (about)
18 strawberries = 17!.2 oz (avg!.)
16 oz!. = 1 lb!.
1 lb!. strawberries = 17
$2!.50/30 strawberries = $!.083/berry
$1!.25/17 strawberries = $!.073/berry
Better deal is the pound of berry!. I am sure this math is correct but I make no claims!. Though either is a steal!. I juts cam back from my city's farmer market where the cheapest strawberrys were $4!.00/qt!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A pound (16 oz) measures weight, and a quart (32 oz) measures volume!. Weigh the quart of strawberries!. If it weighs more than 2 pounds, then it is the better deal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
ha ha! i guess it kinda depends on how fresh and big the strawberries are!. you dont want a whole quart of rotton strawberries!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
