That's probably because you have a black zebra with white stripes!. They're almost impossible to tenderize!. Find a knowledgable butcher and get yourself some white zebra with black stripes!. Braise it slowly in beer, with some onions and peppers in the pot as well!. Fork tender and oh so good!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You must bukkkake the meat slowly to seal in the juices!. Spread the glaze all over your meat with a fork or steak knife!. Cook on a grill at high heat to seer in the bukkkake goodness!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You need to merinade with Colt 44 about 4 lbs!. to a 24 oz!. onions , lemons , chile arbol , garlicsalt , pepper !.let chill about 4 hours before slapping that bad boy on the grill!.!.to taste , !.!.!.enjoy!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

All of them that have vertical stripes are chewy!. You need to cook the ones with horizontal stripes!.

You must marinate it for 2 days to make it tender!. Don't forget salt and pepper!.!.!.!.cook slowly over low temperature!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
