How do I cook (prepare) shin or short rib meat?!

short ribs are easy to cook but must be low and slow!.!.!.make a mirepoix(one small onion chopped!.!.!.2 celery stalks and 2 carrots chopped) in a pot add the ribs cover with the mirepoix and then add 2 cans stock or broth(about 4 cups)!.!.!.!.!.cover with lid or aluminum foil and place in a 350 oven for 2 1/2 to three hours till falling off the bone!!!!
You can make a gravy by dredging your ribs in flour then browning them before you add the mirepoix!.!.!.!.or you could add 3 cups broth and a cup of red wine!.!.!.!.!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
