Answers:
Yes! It's not exactly buttermilk but it's a great sub!. 1 tablespoon to 2 cups!. Let it sit 5 or 10 mins!. Lemon juice or any other souring agent will work as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

no it doesnt make buttermilk, but it does make a liquid that is the consistancy and cooks like buttermilk, when i make donuts i use two cups of milk and a tablespoon of vinegar, white or cider is what is always use, after you mix it together let it sit for a few minutes, it will start to thicken, then proceed with your recipe, good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com

1 Cup of Milk
1 Tbsp of Vinegar or Lemon Juice!.

* Put Milk into glass add vinegar or lemon juice into it!.
* Stir the mixture and let it rest at room temp for 15 min
(approx)!.
* As soon as milk begins to curdle, stir the mixture well!.

Buttermilk is all set to serve!. For better taste, add ice and serve cold!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
