What kind of oil do u use to make pancakes ?!
I have never made them =)Www@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
You don't put oil in the pancakes - you use it to coat the pan when you are cooking!.
Don't use 'Extra-Virgin' olive oil as it will burn in the pan (it needs to be hot)!. Plain vegetable or sunflower is my preference!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A standard vegetable oil will do fine!. It will withstand high temperatures without burning and not taint the taste of the pancake!. also for some reason the first pancake always sticks but the second doesn't, don't know why that is!Www@FoodAQ@Com
My mum always used to use lard when making pancakes!. She never used it for anything else so it must have been a tradition!. Maybe it has a higher burning point or something!. If you put butter into the batter, melt it first!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
butter, to coat the pan!. you can use it lightly, but nothing beats the taste of butter!Www@FoodAQ@Com
None! Just use a non stick panWww@FoodAQ@Com
