1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1-1/4 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon brown sugar
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, onion, and green pepper; drain off liquids!.
Stir in the garlic powder, mustard, ketchup, and brown sugar; mix thoroughly!. Reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes!. Season with salt and pepper!. Pile on buns to serve!.

To do it without the manwich:
Brown your ground meat with an onion if you'd like!. It varies what people like to put in!. I do mine with a few healthy squirts of ketchup, a little yellow mustard, a bit, maybe a teaspoon of brown sugar, a couple teaspooons of sweet pickle relish, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste!. Great on potato buns or onion buns!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
