Ingredients to have onhand.?!

Question: Ingredients to have onhand!.!?
I have recently become very interested in cooking!. I view it as creating, and its become alot of fun to watch shows that I would have laughed at 10 years ago!. Now that I have evolved into a budding chef, I would like some advice on what to have onhand at any given time!.

I used to have seasoned salt, and garlic salt, Mrs Dash, etc, but now it's time to replace them with real stuff!.

Thus far, my new arsenal includes:

Sea Salt
Kosher Salt
Balsamic Vinegar
Sesame Oil
Fish Oil
Olive Oil
Paprika
Soy Sauce
Brown Sugar
Honey
Sesame Seeds

I find these are found in a LOT of common recipes!.

I'm basically looking for the 'standard' spices and oils one should have on hand at all times!. I guess things like 'seeds of paradise will eventually find their way to my pantry, but for now I'm looking to learn the bare necessities for new cooks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
