No need for anything love!. Jersey Royals are the finest potato you can buy!. Wash and boil with few leaves of your fresh mint until tender - beautiful!. I love the redcurrant sauce !. Can I come!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
steam all the veg, it tastes better, do the potatoes and carrots for 20 minutes and the beans for 10, you can put them all in together, put the butter on a side plate then you can add as much as you want, chop the mint finely and add a drop of vinegar and some sugar and mix till you get a flavour you like serve separately in a bowl, hope that helps!. p!.s!. with the rosemary sauce already on it you probably don't need mint sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Just boil the potatoes, with a pinch of salt and a couple of mint leaves in the water!. When done, drain them and gently toss in a little butter!. Less is more!.
The mint could make a little bit of mint sauce: 1 teaspoon of finely chopped mint leaves, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 2 tablespoons of vinegar (ideally white wine, but malt or even white would do)!. I'm sure the rest will come in handy later!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Dont do anything with the Jersey Royals except boil them together with a little sea salt and fresh mint and serve with a little melted butter!. Slice your carrots and cook in a little fizzy water with butter and corriander or tarragon!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
That's a pretty dominant sauce so I would do a pretty plain potato, maybe a simple mash or steamed/boiled!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
Just boil the spuds in a pan of salted water with a sprig of (WASHED!) mint in it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
