I need some desert recipes with certain ingredents becuz there all I have in my house to make stuff!.

Answers:
COCOA BUNDT CAKE

1 2/3 c!. all purpose flour
1 1/2 c!. sugar
1/2 c!. Hersheys cococa
1 1/2 tsp!. baking soda
1/2 tsp!. baking powder
1 tsp!. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c!. shortening
1 1/2 c!. buttermilk or sour milk
1 tsp!. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees!. Generously grease and flour 12 cup bundt pan!. In a large mixer bowl; blend flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt!. Add remaining ingredients!. Beat at low speed for 1 minute, scraping bowl constantly!. Beat at high speed for 3 minutes scraping bowl!. Pour into prepared pan, bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean!. Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan!. Cool completely!. Drizzle with chocolate glaze!. 12 to 16 servings

RICH COCOA WAFFLES

1 c!. unsifted all-purpose flour
3/4 c!. sugar
1/2 c!. Hershey's cocoa
1/2 tsp!. baking powder
1/2 tsp!. baking soda
1/4 tsp!. salt
2 eggs
1 c!. buttermilk or sour milk
1/4 c!. butter, melted
1 tsp!. vanilla

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in mixing bowl!. Add eggs and buttermilk; beat just until blended!. Gradually add melted butter, beating until smooth!. Add vanilla!. Bake in a waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions!. About 10 to 12 inch flour waffles!.

HERSHEY'S COCOA FUDGE

2/3 c!. Hershey's cocoa
3 c!. sugar
1/8 tsp!. salt
1 1/2 c!. milk
1/4 c!. butter
1 tsp!. vanilla

Thoroughly combine dry ingredients in a heavy 4 quart saucepan; stir in milk!. Bring to a bubbly boil on medium heat, stirring constantly!. Boil without stirring to 234 degrees (soft ball stage)!. Bulb of candy thermometer should not rest on bottom of saucepan!. Remove from heat add butter and vanilla!. Do not stir!. Cool at room temperature to 110 degrees!. Beat until fudge thickens and loses some of its gloss!. Quickly spread in a lightly buttered 8 or 9 inch square pan!. Cool!. 3 dozen squares!.

BUTTERY PEANUT BRITTLE

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
1 cup white Karo syrup
1 candy thermometer

Cook sugar, water and Karo syrup together until temperature is 240°F degrees, then add 1 lb!. nuts!.
Cook until candy thermometer reads 300°F degrees!. Butter the cookie pan and have ready (this is very important!):

1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoon butter

Measure out and have ready:

2 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Quickly add salt, vanilla and butter, and have the 2 1/2 teaspoon of soda ready!. Remove from heat, quickly add the soda (when adding the soda the mixture will fizz)!. Pour the (very hot!) mixture onto the greased cookie sheet or pan!. Don't touch it or try to level the mixture with spoon!.
Hint: During the cooking period, the mixture must be stirred constantly to prevent the nuts from burning!.

AUSTRALIAN HONEY CAKE

2 eggs
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cloves
2 tbsp cocoa
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup flour
1 cup boiling water

VARIATIONS:

1/2 tsp mixed spices
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)!. For convection oven, preheat to 350 degrees F!. (180 degrees C!.)
Mix eggs with sugar!.

Add remaining ingredients in the following order: oil, honey, soda, cloves, cocoa and flour!.

Lastly, add boiling water!.

Bake for 1 to 1-1/4 hours!.

After about 1/2 hour, lower heat to 350 degrees F!. (180 deg!. C!.)

For last 10 to 15 minutes, lower heat to 325F (300F if using a convection)!.

NOTES:

It is a wonderfully aromatic and deliciously moist cake, and keeps very well stored in an air-tight cake tin!.

To make 1 cup of self-rising flour, take 1 cup all-purpose flour and add 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt!.
In some recipes that call for all-purpose flour and baking powder, you may be able to substitute self-rising flour if you decrease or eliminate the baking powder and salt called for in the recipe!.

heres the easiest recipie ive ever seen used in the culinary world!. its for a sponge cake!. truly delicious

sponge cake

150g flour
150g suger
150g eggs
this is all you need!!!!!

looking at your ingredients i would also add 1tbsp of cocoa powder!

cream the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy!. fold in the flour!.
pour into a tin with a sheet of grease proof paper inside it!.
cook at 200*c for 4-6 minutes!. take out of the oven and flip onto a tea towel!. peel of the grease proof paper and serve!

(for to make it really yummy, bake it in a big flat tray, then spread whipped cream on it and roll it up into a swiss log!)Www@FoodAQ@Com

10 MIN!. PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
1 cup peanut butter

Put the water and sugar in a pan!. Boil for one min!. Add the peanut butter and stir off and on so it won’t burn!. Keep on med heat till it pulls away from the pan!. Pour into a well butter pan!. Let cool!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
