How to cook hamburger meat?!
i have about a pound of hamnburger meat, or beef, thawing and im gonna make spaghetti!. i dont usually make it with beef i use shrimp, so before i cook it is there anything i need to do!? like run it under water, uh, put seasoning on it or something!? i dont wanna make my family sick!. so do i just cook it!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Shepherd’s Pie
1 onion, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lb!. lamb, minced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 large carrot, diced
1 beef stock cube
1 lb!. chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon corn flour
3 tablespoons tomato puree
pinch of salt and pepper
2 lb!. potatoes
1 stick butter
If made with beef, it would be known as cottage pie!.
Firstly, heat the olive oil in a pan, add the onion, garlic and carrot and cook until soft!. Add minced lamb and stock cube, then cook until the mince is brown and shows a crumbly texture!. Stir in the tomatoes and tomato puree, and add the corn flour!. Leave to simmer, stirring occasionally, for about fifteen minutes, or until thickened!.
Meanwhile, peel and chop potatoes and boil until soft, then mash them with the butter and salt and pepper to taste!.
Put the filling into a deep dish, then top with the mashed potatoes and put under a warm grill (broiler) until the top is brown and crisp!.

Just cook it in a large pan!. Bust it up with a spatula!. I like tiny pieces, but some like chunks!. Once you brown it, drain off the fat by moving all the meat to one side and tilting the pan so the juice runs to the other!. Remove it with a spoon into a can with a paper towel stuffed into it!.

You can either just fry the ground beef directly in a pan, or make meat balls! If you're just frying you don't need to do anything!. If you're making meatballs, add one egg, a few tablespoons of breadcrumbs and some italian seasoning and form into little balls and bake in the oven!. Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
You don't need to rinse the hambruger!. Just brown it in a skillet, season with salt & pepepr, drain the fat and add some red sauce to the prepared meat, heat for 10 minutes, serve over the spaghetti!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Just throw it in a skillet once its thawed, you can add some garlic, onion - fresh or seasoning!. Cook until done ( no red ) drain the grease and then put your sauce in the pan and simmer on lowWww@FoodAQ@Com
