Why does my bread taste bad the day after?!

Question: Why does my bread taste bad the day after!?
When I bake bread--3 cups flour, a cup and a half of water, a packet of yeast, a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of oil, and a tablespoon of sugar to activate the yeast--it tastes divine when it just comes out of the oven!. But the day after, it's terrible!. Why!? How can I make bread that tastes good warm and cool!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
I assume you dissolve the yeast and sugar in lukewarm water first, then add it to the flour and salt!. I don't know why it goes bad overnight!. You need the salt, don't leave it out!. Here's a standard bread recipe for you to compare yours to!.

3 tbsp!. sugar
2 cups warm water
1 1/4 oz!. dry yeast
Stir sugar into water in large bowl and sprinkle yeast over top!. Let stand 10 min!. Stir to dissolve yeast!.

2 tsp!. salt
3 tbsp oil
1 large egg
5 1!.3 cups flour
Add salt, oil, egg and 1/2 the flour!. Beat on low to moisten!. Beat on medium for 2 min!. until smooth!. Work in enough remaining flour until dough pulls away from sides of bowl!. Cover and let rise for an hour!. Work batter down!. Divide into 2 greased loaf pans!. Let rise until doubled in size!. Bake at 350 for 30 min!.

Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
