I am having my new husbands family over for dinner tonight and want to cook something really good!. I bought chicken breast and would like to cook it on the grill!.!.!.!.Any Suggestions!?!!?!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs --

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1 inch cubes
2 cloves garlic
5 small onions, cut into 2 inch pieces
2 red bell peppers, cut into 2 inch pieces
skewers


DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, whisk together oil, honey, soy sauce, and pepper!. Before adding chicken, reserve a small amount of marinade to brush onto kabobs while cooking!. Place the chicken, garlic, onions and peppers in the bowl, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours (the longer the better)!.
Preheat the grill for high heat!.
Drain marinade from the chicken and vegetables, and discard marinade!. Thread chicken and vegetables alternately onto the skewers!.
Lightly oil the grill grate!. Place the skewers on the grill!. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, until chicken juices run clear!. Turn and brush with reserved marinade frequently!.

Unbelievable Chicken --

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup cider vinegar
3 tablespoons prepared coarse-ground mustard
3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 lime, juiced
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
ground black pepper to taste
6 tablespoons olive oil
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves


DIRECTIONS
In a large glass bowl, mix the cider vinegar, mustard, garlic, lime juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, salt, and pepper!. Whisk in the olive oil!. Place chicken in the mixture!. Cover, and marinate 8 hours, or overnight!.
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat!.
Lightly oil the grill grate!. Place chicken on the prepared grill, and cook 6 to 8 minutes per side, until juices run clear!. Discard marinade!.

Jay's Jerk Chicken --

INGREDIENTS
6 green onions, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves


DIRECTIONS
In a food processor or blender, combine the green onions, onion, jalapeno pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, vegetable oil, brown sugar, thyme, cloves, nutmeg and allspice!. Mix for about 15 seconds!.
Place the chicken in a medium bowl, and coat with the marinade!. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours, or overnight!.
Preheat grill for high heat!.
Lightly oil grill grate!. Cook chicken on the prepared grill 6 to 8 minutes, until juices run clear!.

Key West Chicken --

INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves


DIRECTIONS
In a shallow container, blend soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juice, and garlic!. Place chicken breast halves into the mixture, and turn to coat!. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes!.
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat!.
Lightly oil the grill grate!. Discard marinade, and grill chicken 6 to 8 minutes on each side, until juices run clear!.

Cajun Chicken --

INGREDIENTS
2 cups vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons dried Italian-style seasoning
2 tablespoons lemon pepper
garlic powder to taste
10 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded to 1/2 inch thickness


DIRECTIONS
In a large shallow dish, mix the oil, Cajun seasoning, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and lemon pepper!. Place the chicken in the dish, and turn to coat with the mixture!. Cover, and refrigerate for 1/2 hour!.
Preheat the grill for high heat!.
Lightly oil the grill grate!. Drain chicken, and discard marinade!. Place chicken on hot grill and cook for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until juices run clear!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chicken Pockets!.
Boneless breast of chicken
Variety of sliced vegetables (i!.e!. potatoes, peppers, tomatoes, onions)
1 ft!. sheet of aluminium foil
Step 1: Coat a 1 foot sheet of aluminium foil with olive oil!.
Step 2: Place breast of chicken at centre of foil!.
Step 3: Surround chicken with vegetables (add desired spices if desired)!.
Step 4: Form an aluminium pocket by crimping edges and folding ends over to seal the pocket!.
Step 5: Place pocket on barbeque grill at medium to low heat for 30 minutes!.
Step 6: Remove from grill, opening pocket carefully to allow steam to escape!.
Step 7: May be eaten from pocket or served on dish!.

marinade it for a few hours with some soy sauce, brown sugar, chili flakes, and some liquid smoke (restaurant's secret ingredient, ya know how it always tastes better!?)!.

Grill it with some fresh veggies!. Maybe a classic french potato salad (5 lb sack of red potatoes quartered and boiled, chopped fresh parsley (go easy at first, add more as needed), salt/pepper, 1/3 bottle white wine (really, I use whatever crap wine i've got lying around, stuff ppl give me that I wont drink), a couple tablespoons of capers, a splash of red wine vinegar, and a drizzle of olive oil!. - make this ahead as well)Www@FoodAQ@Com

marinate it in olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest,crushed garlic salt , pepper and parsley for few hours
then grill and squeeze more lemon on top once cooked

To make it moist, baste with mt dew & melted butter!. Try 1 C mt dew to 1/4 C (maybe 1/3 C) melted butter!.
