The colder the better!. And once you have finished making the dough refrigerate for about 30 minutes, this will chill the butter again!. Makes the crust flaky!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I use Crisco for my pie crust and I put it in the freezer to get cold!. Try to chill as many ingredients as you can because that makes for a flakier crust!. I always get compliments on that!Www@FoodAQ@Com
