How do i make ceviche using shrimp?!

Shrimp Ceviche Recipe
1 pound medium-small shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Tbsp salt
3/4 cup lime juice (juice from 4-6 limes)
3/4 cup lemon juice (juice from 2-3 lemons)
1 cup finely chopped red onion
1 serrano chile, ribs and seeds removed, minced
1 cup chopped cilantro
1 cucumber, peeled diced into 1/2-inch pieces
1 avocado, peeled, seed removed, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
Method
1 In a large pot, bring to a boil 4 quarts of water, salted with 2 Tbsp salt!. Add the shrimp and cook for 1 minute to 2 minutes max, depending on size of shrimp!. (Over-cooking the shrimp will turn it rubbery!.) Remove shrimp with a slotted spoon and place into a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking!.
2 Drain the shrimp!. Cut each piece of shrimp in half, or into inch-long pieces!. Place shrimp in a glass or ceramic bowl!. Mix in the lime and lemon juice!. Cover and refrigerate for a half hour!.
3 Mix in the chopped red onion and serrano chile!. Refrigerate an additional half hour!.
4 Right before serving, add the cilantro, cucumber, and avocado!.

yummy sounds good, i haven't made it for a while but i've been thinking of it today!. this is how i make mine!.!.!.cook the shrimp even though it's already cooked to get the flavor in the caldo i add clamato juice, conseme for flavoring,salt, pepper,baby clams,alvacado, sometimes i add other things like fish and other fish foods, crab,i add octoupuss because i love it-lots of it, add what u like, add cilantro,pepinos!. let it boil dont forget the onion if u like it, then it's done!. you can eat it cold or hot!. i like it hot!. then u can put ceviche on a tostada or it as a soup with or without crackers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1 teaspoon salt
In large saucepan bring stock or clam juice to a boil!. Add shrimp and cook, 30 seconds for rock shrimp, 1 minute for shelled shrimp!. Strain, reserving the liquid, and spread shrimp on a baking sheet to cool!. When cool enough to handle, peel shrimp if necessary!. In large bowl place shrimp!. Add all other ingredients along with 1 cup reserved cooking liquid!. Mix well!. Cover with plastic and chill thoroughly before serving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
