It IS individual, but!.!.!. not saying I'm perfect by any means (though I do have my points)!.!.!. perfect for me is a nicely cooked rib steak, medium rare, with a hunk of blue cheese on top, baked potato with butter, sour cream and snipped fresh chives, steamed or grilled asparagus with mayonnaise!. Did I mention that cholesteral is NOT a special concern for me!. If your guy is perfect, it won't be for him either, but what about you!? Are you just going to watch!? A perfect man wouldn't allow that!.
If he likes fish, a nice filet of salmon, grilled gently and topped with pepper and lemon, basmati rice and some steamed brocolli (with which I would insist on mayonnaise, too) but may not for you!.
Cooking for a partner with different tastes and needs is a forever challenge!. Rise to it, eat out a lot, or get used to going solo!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
