How do you make spaghetti tossed in a light sauce?!


Question: How do you make spaghetti tossed in a light sauce!?
Whenever I make spaghetti, I always serve it with a thick, meaty sauce!. I wanted to know how to make spaghtti that is tossed in a light sauce!. Does anyone have any good recipes!. If you don't know what I'm talking about here is link to a picture i got from the internet:

Make your regular sauce & add some (canned)diced itilian tomatoes & pasta water!. When it comes to the consistancy you want then add your pasta & toss!. Top w/Parmaigan Cheese!. Do not make as much of your regular sauce (as you are adding more ingredients!.) Manga!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make your own!.

Garlic minced!.
Onions
Black Olives
Chopped Mushrooms!.
Fresh Basil chopped
Parmesan Cheese
A premium brand of diced tomatoes in a can with the juices!.
Some Kosher salt!.
1/4 cup of Ketchup
1 Tablespoon Anchovy paste or 2 T Vietnamese Fish Sauce!.

Simmer all of this together for about 30 minutes on the stovetop covered with a lid!. Stir often!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

So simple!. Just fry some garlic in olive oil!. Do not let it brown!. then add canned whole peeled tomatoes (squished in a bowl with your hands first) salt, pepper and whatever other spices you might like and a little water from rinsing the cans out!. Let it simmer 45 min to 1 hour and your done!. Just pour some more olive oil over your pasta when you have already put te sauce on it!. I also add some green olives to mine sometimes for a bite along with the black olives!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
