I love cooking salmon!. My favourite recipe is this:
Chop a red chili and some fresh coriander and sprinkle it over the fillet!. Squeeze some lime juice over it and bake it in tin foil for about 30 minutes!. My mouth is watering!.!.!.!.!.
I usually serve it with mediterranean vegetables!. Chop a red onion (chunky) courgette, garlic, cherry tomatoes and a green pepper!. Drizzle with olive oil and roast!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Swordfish, marinated in a Frajita sauce for about 2 hours or longer!. Pan fried, then sautee onion & Italian pepper slices until warmed through, maybe 5 - 8 minutes, so they retain their crunch but loose the "bite" of taste!. Serve over rice!.
Tilapia, sprinkled with McCormicks Grill Mates, Montreal Chicken - again pan fry, or could bake
Tuna marinated in a Lemmon Pepper/Garlic sauce, again for 2 hours or more then baked!.
Discard most of the marinades before cooking!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Floating Salmon - my own recipe
Ingredients
1 Grill
1 Package of brussel sprouts or green beans
1 bag of potatoes
1 salmon
garlic powder
butter
salt
black pepper
Heavy whipping cream (1 pint)
2 % milk
Garlic Cloves
Garlic presser
Tongs
1 big strainer
paprika
parsley
Garlic Mashed Potatoes (Homemade Baby)
Cut the potatoes in half (Don't skin them)
Then put them into a huge pan filled half way with water
Let them cook for about an hour!. Use the tongs to grab the potatoes and see if they are smushy!. If so, you can empty the pot into a strainer!. Pour from strainer into bowl!. In bowl we will add the next ingredients!.
Get a utensil to smash all of the potatoes!. After this add a half stick of butter, a 1/4 handful of black pepper, a 1/4 handful of salt, 1/3 pint of Heavy whipping cream and about 1-2 cups of milk!. The milk depends on how light and fluffy you want your potatoes!. Next add a handful of garlic powder and stir until all ingredients are fully mixed!. Smells good huh!?
Salmon
Spray the grill with cooking spray or oil
Next lay your salmon on a diagonal!.
Cover it in butter, and paprika
Let it cook until the sides begin to turn light pink!. When the edges begin to harden, the salmon is drying out!. Add more butter with a basting brush or spatula spreader!.
When finished you can lay the salmon on top of your green beans or brussel sprouts with the edge of hit hanging off!.
This adds design and charater!. Sprinke with a little parsley (crush it with your fingers, fresh is best without the stem)!.
Green Beans or Brussel Sprouts
I'm sure you've cooked these before, so you know how!. The trick is to get your garlic press out, smash a garlic clove with your hand and put the clove into the press!. After pressing you should see a yellow garlic mushy mess!. Put this into the water while boiling your green beans or brussel sprouts!.
Have a great dinner!.
Low calorie way
Switch the 2% milk to skim milk
Make your own butter using heavy whipping cream!. Put it into a jar (mason aka pb&j jar)!. Shake it for about 30 minutes!. It will go through a few phases!. In about 30 minutes you should see little chunks appear!. Open the jar, let the water out (this is called Butter milk and is not healthy)!. Next, put water into the jar and repeat this process!. Swoosh it around for a minute and drain again!. Once the water isn't yellow or white anymore, you can drain it for one last time!. Then take the remaining pieces (butter non salted) and salt it!.
Have a great dinner

hog fish is the best fish (to me) it is rare you have to spear fish it but if there is any way you can get some it is amazing
we have fish Fry's every Monday night
OK so you can grill the fish on a black iron skillet but put some butter down first and let it melt then cook your fish when you fish is cooking take like a 4th of a lemon and squeeze the juice on it (it adds a nice little bit of flavor)
now what we use is a bredding but IT IS EXTREMELY good
the brand is Louisiana (that's not where i live so u can get it anywhere) and get the Cajun fish bredding its not the crunchy kind like you do with grouper but it is RELY good
also a good sauce for both the fish and green beans is holinday (not holiday) sauce you can find it in a grocery store but heat it up in a pot but not too hot and cook like fresh green beans from a bag in the veggitable section NOT from a can! you can have many other sides that you would like we normaly have mashpotatoes and some french bread from a deli
good luck and this meal is so good
another fish you can try and they are similar in taste (we also sometimes have this fish) it is mangrov snapper that might be easer to get because hog fish is VERY VERY rare if you are not a spear fisher and dont live near the ocean
**by the way this is just a fish filey not he hole fishWww@FoodAQ@Com
