Cook your own roast beef over mesquite Charcoal (3 hours)!. Put it in the fridge to cool overnight (8 hours) Slice it medium thick (10 minutes)!. Place on homemade 7 grain whole wheat bread (5 hours) with homemade mayo (15 minutes), some fresh ground horseradish (2 hours) slices of garden grown heirloom tomatoes (must have a garden or know a grower) a pinch of kosher salt!. some onion gravy (cold) ( 10 minutes at time of serving the initial roast meal) spread on one piece of the bread!.
