Answers:
yes if you have a oven proof fry pan (no plastic just metal)
first rub steak with olive oil and season with salt and pepper then sear the steak on the stove top!. high heat both sides until u have a nice crust!.
place in 400 degree oven for 10-15 min
if you skillet is not oven proof throw the steak on a baking sheet after cooking it on stove topWww@FoodAQ@Com

Id slap butter in a frying pan, salt, pepper, and a lil garlic powder on it(or whatever seasoning you want), and sear it!.Use a pretty high heat if you like it rare (as I do), and put a lid on the pan, and cook it for a couple/three or so minutes!.Flip the steak, and do the same to the other side for about 2 min!.Then, take it out, slice into it and see if its done enuf for you!. Sounds like you need a visitor to come by to share it with!.!.!. Im on my way!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can cook a t-bone in the oven, but, it may turn out dry, the best way i have found to cook any sort of stake, in door's, is to put a lot of butter, like four tabspoon's in a skillet and let it melt, but not hot, then season, your stake with what you wish, put it in the butter and turn it over to bass both side's, then cook real slow, till it is cooked to your likeing, it's slow but it's worth it, i live alone too, and i cook alot, good luck,Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, just fry it in a skillet and season with garlic salt and pepper and some goya sazon seasoning if you have it!. ;o)Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can panfry or use the broiler!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

MC has a good way but I always cover mine with aluminum foil to prevent it from drying out in the oven!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
