SALMON FILLETS OR STEAKS::- BAKED
Salmon fillets, any portion size, boned and skinned
Onion powder, to taste be generous
Garlic powder, to taste be generous
Dried dill, to taste be generous
Mrs!. Dash, to taste be generous
Mayonnaise
Paprika
Wash and dry fillets!. Spread thin coat of mayonnaise over salmon!. Spray Pam or similar product over Pyrex or tin foil pan or rectangular pan (depending on amount and size of portions)!.
Sprinkle seasonings over fish ending with paprika!. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

place salmon fillet in a foil, squeeze fresh lemon, season it with salt and pepper, seal the foil and bake for 10-15 mins!. Serve on a bed of salad

ok my hubby and I like stuff spicy, including our fish :) so I started wrapping my salmon Fillets in tin foil with a little lemon, a little pepper, a few dashes of hot sauce and some butter and then I fold it up, seal the edges and put it on the grill over low flame for about 20-30 min!.!.!.depends on how thick your fish is!. It turns out great every time and is never dry :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
