Fried chicken is unhealthy, since it's fried! It might not be that much better for you if you have it with a salad!. Considering salads are normally drenched with dressing, and croutons, cheese, and lots of other toppings which tend to add up in calories!
As for how many calories you should be having in a day, I don't exactly know since your calorie intake depends on your weight, height, how much youu exsercise, etc!. But normally it is somewhere around 2,000Www@FoodAQ@Com

If your trying to lose weight it is especially with the skin on!.
Having some in moderation and also staying active won't hurt ya!. Not all fried foods is bad for you, oil is healthy too just not at every meal!
If you already have high cholesterol then you should steer clear other wise go for it!. You can enjoy it with a salad or in, i love salad with grilled chicken (it taste better)!.
Or sometimes i make a taco with a corn tortilla and a fried chicken strip with lettuce, diced tomato and avocado with a sprinkle of fresh lime juice (it's very yummy)!

Calories per day depends on age, weight, sex!. Things like that!. They base the nutrition table on a 2,000 calorie per day diet!.

fried chicken isn't good but its not nightmare or something like that!.!.!. if you dont eat everything it will be ok!.!.!.
and salad didn't subtract the calories but adding some healthy food with the fried chicken - eat that it's ok but don't 10kg but until 300g it will be ok :) you can eat and dont be scared - if you want to be sure don't eat anything fried this day and you will be good!.!.!. enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

i think your supposed to have um 2000 calories a day!? and yes fried chicken is bad for you because it has a ton of fat and calories (and especially trans fat, NOT GOOD!.) Anything fried is okay as long as you eat it in moderation!. Don't eat the whole bucket or anything like that!. If you eat it as a salad, you would just be getting more roughage!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i think its 2000 calories per day right!? im not sure though and usually all fried stuff is supposed to be unhealthy but who cares its so good just make sure you dont abuse of it
