Put the oven rack on the second level!.!.not too close to the burner!.!.!.!.!.put in on Broil!.!.!.!.cook 5 minutes on each side!.!.!.put tin-foil under the steak so you can keep the juice and it doesn't burn the oven!.!.!.Flip up the sides of the foil!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Get your surface as hot as you can (don't put any oil or anything on the surface)!. Heat is the key; keep it hot and whatever you do, don't adjust the heat while cooking!.
Rub a little olive oil on the steaks themselves!. (i like to rub paprika on them too)
Put your steak on and don't touch it until it has drops of blood oozing through the pores on the upper surface, wait half a minute, and turn it!. However long it took to get to that point, wait about the same amount of time, then take it off and give it sixty seconds to rest on a plate; this will give you a medium steak!. If you like it rare, don't give it that extra thirty seconds on the first side!. If you like it well done, don't eat steak!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well I could tell you better if I knew the cut of steak it was!. But if it is an ordinary nothing special steak, I would slice two onions!. I would season the steak with salt, pepper, and a few other garlic or onion dry spices you might have!. Then pour about two tablespoons of vinegar onto the steak (if you don't have vinegar try cooking wine or ordinary wine)!. Throw 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan!. Let the pan get hot then throw the steak in and then the onions on top of the steak!. Cover the pan, put the flame on low, and let it cook for at least an hour!. Then put the flame onto high and cook the steak for 15 more minutes turning it over once in between!. Then remove the steak and fry those onions alone until they are nice and brown (throw vinegar in the pan if it starts to dry out while cooking onions)!. Then eat!. This way you will have tender tasty steak instead of hard chewy flavorless stuff!.
You can cook a good cut of steak fast, but a cheaper cut fares better cooked very slowly until tender!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Crank up the que make certain its hot!. by holding your hand 4 inches above cooking surface!. IUf it is hot enough you wont be able to hold your hand there for more then5-6 seconds!. Saly and pepper meat fairly generously!. Place meat on grill!.Some say as a guideline about 3-5 minutes per side if you like your steaks medium-rare (tender and juicy)!. Don't be afraid to poke the meat with your finger to test doneness!. If it feels like the fleshy part of the back of your hand between your thumb and index finger with your hand balled up into a loose fist, it's about donel Take it of and allow it to sit undisturbed for several minutes,This allows the juices to be absorbed back into the meat!. If you cut into that baby too soon the good juices will all run out on your plate,Www@FoodAQ@Com
season the steak how you want I use a pre packaged steak seasoning!.
Heat up the electric grill to medium-high!. Allow grill to preheat for 7 to 10 minutes!. Allow steaks to grill evenly for 5 to 10 minutes per side depending on thickness!. Generally you want to grill steak for at least 5 to 6 minutes per side, per inch of thickness longer if you don't like it too pink!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

take some parsley, garlic salt, black pepper, cinnamon, ginger, and a little beef bullion, mix really well in a bowl and then coat your steak in olive oil, cover the steak with the seasoning, place it on the grill (if it is thicker than an inch and a half, let it sit for 5 minutes) less thickness obviously requires less time!. flip it and let it sit for 3 minutes!. pull it off and enjoy!. i swear with the right preperation!. even a cheap cut of steak will taste great!. try it!. mikey liked it!. (note: i do not recommend overcooking any beef!. i recommend medium rare or medium only, do not overcook your steak)Www@FoodAQ@Com
after taking out of package!.!.wash your hands and dry them!. then u add seasoning salt on both sides, forget about the BBQ electric thing ok!.!! get a flat pan place it on the stove add cooking oil let it get hot, the fire can be on (medium high)!. get the steak put white flour on both sides, then put into hot cooking oil, must watch it does not burn, flip both sides take out until steak is golden brown!. for better tasting get a few fresh tomatoes cut into small pieces add 1-2 green chile hot peppers add salt mix then pour on the side of steak or on top and enjoy!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Easiest way is to heat up a frying pan on the stove with a little bit of olive oil in it!. Put some seasoned salt on both sides of the steak, then put it in the pan!. Cook it on both sides until done to your liking (cut it open a little with a knife after about 4 minutes on a side to check)!. Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
How thick is the steak!? There is no "normal" steak!. Is it a 'round" steak, 'ribeye' , t-bone!?!? How do you like your steak!? Med, rare, well!?!? I am imagining a cheaper cut of meat!. I would cook it 'hot' and 'fast'!. You will get a pink middle!. If it is not done enough for you , throw it back on until you get it right!. Practice makes perfect!. Keep it simple!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
stab it with a fork allover, soak in dry vermouth or beer, for at least an hour in the fridge then season it with Magic for beef-it's in the spice section of your local grocery store, and butter both sides before you grill it!. not sure about gril times of instruction,I just know how to prepare the meat,I usually have some one else do the grillinWww@FoodAQ@Com
Season your steak put some butter in a frying pan when it starts to fry put the steak in the pan flip from side to side until you think it's done enough for you put small slits in the steak add some sliced onions turn the flame up a bit for 5 minutes turn once on both sides it's done begin to eat and enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Not sure what an electric BBQ is but depending on the thickness grill it 3-4 min a side for medium!. Otherwise you can broil it for 10 min in the oven!. Check the temp by squeezing it, the more give the more rare and vice versa!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
