Question: A couple of recipes for Pickled Eggs!?
I love those pickeled eggs that make you clinch your fist fopr a minute when you bite into them!. (I think there is a lot of Beet juice in them)

How can I make them, and store them!?

also, how about a recipe for mildly-hot pickeled eggs!Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 cup brown vinegar

2 cups water

2 15 ounce jars pepperocini

put 3 dozen peeled hardboiled eggs in large glass jar layering pepperocini between eggs!.

pour in pepperocini juice!.

Mix vinegar and water together and finish filling the jar!.

add 1/2 TBL coarse ground black pepper!. Let stand 11 days in the fridge, shaking daily!. They will keep for months!.

Spicy Pickled Eggs!.
Ingredients
12 eggs hard boiled 1/2 cup water
1 1/2 tsp salt 2 bay leaves
2 chili peppers 2 1/2 cup vinegar
2 tsp sugar 2 tbsp allspice
2 tbsp peppercorn 1/4 tsp garlic powder


Directions
Boil and shell eggs and pack in jars!. Combine all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil!. Cool and pour over eggs!. Seal jars and leave at least two weeks before eating!. Eggs will keep several weeks without refrigeration!. For extra spicy add one teaspoon cayenne pepper of 5 to 10 small fresh peppers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
