Yet another recipe question?!


Question: Yet another recipe question!?
Ok here is another challenge for you culinarys out htere!. I have no money in my checking account so here is what I have in my fridge!. Frozen chicken, corn, cheddar and monterey jack cheese, and link sausage!. I am out of milk, eggs, and cream!. Any suggestions on something to cook for dinner for the weekend!. I have staples such as spices, olive oil, spaghetti, etc!. I also have spaghetti sauce!. Any ideas!. Sorry, it is one week til payday and I am trying to stretch out the money!. any recipes would be greatly appreciated!.Www@FoodAQ@Com


Answers:
Cook and shred the chicken!. Mix part of it with the spaghetti sauce and serve over pasta!. Save the rest for another meal, Possibly mixing with cream soup and use with the pasta!. Or serve on bread topped with cheese!. Add cheese to the corn to add some protein, and serve with the link sausage cut up!. That makes three meals!.

Cheesy Chicken Pasta!.
Chicken!.
Poach your chicken pieces in some stock and set aside, until cool enough to handle, and de-bone!.
Pasta!.
Place in salted boiling water and cook until you get the degree of cooking you like!.
Penne or Elbows will do very well here!.
Sauce!.
Make a normal white sauce and add some grated tasty cheese, remove from heat and stir until it is smooth!.
Combine everything , add some mixed frozen veggies or drained canned veggies and place in an oven proof dish, sprinkle with more cheese and bake until it is bubbling and the cheese has melted and started to brown!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
