here is a way!. first, take away a portion of the original sauce u have in the chicken you currently have, then make another portion of sauce with the same you took away, but with less spice than the recipe you have!. then you mix the new sauce into the chicken, then it become less spicy!.
another way is that you can mae more chicken using a portion of the sauce from the chicken you currently have mxing in less spicy sauce!. this can make the new set of chicken have a deeper flavor!.
either way is fine, the ways that the peple above said work perfectly fine too, but these are some ways that you dont have to add in anything!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sour cream is a good idea!. Cuz other than turn back time you probably don't have a lot of options!.
The only other option I know of is to take the chicken out of the tomato sauce and give a quick rinse and set aside!. Then make another batch!. Put NO spice in the second batch!. Mix with the frist batch!. The first set of chicken may be a little spicier still but it's your best bet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Eat it with rice!. The food itself won't be more bland, but the rice will take away some of the fire in your mouth!.
Or else, just make more of the sauce but don't add spice!. For example add more plain tomato sauce and spices (seasonings) to what you already have and then divide the sauce and use half later for another dish!.
Hope this helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com

did u use rotel tomatoes in the can!?
i have found that they have become very spicy
and even 1/2 of a can is more than i can take!.

Add sour cream!.
Eat with buttered bread or milk (Not Skim)!.
Milk fat is particularly good at neutralizing the "spicy" flavor!.
Add avocado!.

Add 50/50 yogurt and sour cream!. The sour cream will add some creaminess and the yogurt will offset the sharpness of the tomatoes!. Both will offset the effect of too much spice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
You won't be able to unspice it, so make a side dish of fresh mint, and yoghurt, bit like raita in Indian cooking!.
Mint does cool the palate!.
Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'd use sour cream instead of mayonnaise, although either one will totally change the texture of the sauce!. But the thought of spices with mayonnaise doesn't sound very good:)Www@FoodAQ@Com
Either add sour cream or serve sour cream on top of it!. Anything dairy would work!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
sorry, can't really un-spice something!.!.!. you'll probably have to start over or order pizza!Www@FoodAQ@Com
serve it with rice or potatoes and loads of sour cream!. Avocados would also help!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
