I'd say about 6-7 decent sized ones, but I just usually eye it!.

1 small clove Garlic = 1/2 to 1 teaspoon minced
1 medium-size clove Garlic = 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons minced = 5 g / !.18 oz
1 large clove Garlic = 2 to 2 1/2 teaspoons minced
1/8 teaspoon Garlic powder = 1 clove Garlic
1 teaspoon bottled minced garlic = 2 medium cloves, minced

That is a lot of garlic!. It would be at least 4 entire bulbs, not cloves!. Check your recipe to see if it is teaspoons!.
I would estimate a bulb would probably yield enough, unless you are using the jumbo cloves,
