Is that a good combination of meal?!

Question: Is that a good combination of meal!?
Mashed potatos and French toastWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Not really goofy!. That is dinner/lunch and breakfast!. A meal is meat, starch, and vegetables and then some fruit for dessert!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have that sometimes only i stir the mashed potatos in a frying pan until the get a brown-ish color!. If tastes great! Kinda like a hashbrown!. I eat it with ketchup!. : ) YuM

Sometimes I also put some fruit on the side!. I don't really like vegtables in the morning!.!.!.!.!.so i like cut up strawberry's, grapes, orange and maybe even some watermelon!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Seems a little heavy on carbs!. French toast is usually made with eggs and milk so that is protein, but you need broccoli or sliced tomato!. IN other words a vegetable!.
Vegetables are not a punishment eating them when you are young will help you stay healthy when you are older!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I guess to some people it might be a good meal but I don't think so!. Maybe mashed potatoes and a grilled meat or fish and save the french toast for breakfast the following day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sounds alright to me, but I would prefer the French toast to be the European-style savory version (not with sugar and cinnamon like we make it on this side of the Atlantic eewwww)Www@FoodAQ@Com

you have the carbs, the protein, but not the greens- something's missingWww@FoodAQ@Com

sounds disgusting !.!.!. and totally unhealthy!. But, you already knew that when you askedWww@FoodAQ@Com

Yucko!Www@FoodAQ@Com

if youre eating out of a dumpster it might be a good meal, but it doesnt suit my personal tastes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

uuuuuuuuug that sounds very different but i mean if you like it!.!.!.!.!.then eat itWww@FoodAQ@Com

if youre pregnant, id say yes!Www@FoodAQ@Com
