Question: I have a chicken recipe that calls for Apple Juice!.Can I substitute it with Orange Juice!.The other ingredients
are Dried apricorts, garlic, paprika cinnamon, cayenne pepper, honey, lemon juice, almonds, mint & saltWww@FoodAQ@Com

Orange juice would be even better!.Then it won't be so sweet and have a great flavor!.I would use the same amount of oj as the recipe calls for apple juice because you have honey in it,and with the orange juice it would be a perfect balance!.Becarful with the mint!.!.!.!.not to much or leave it out!.

Go ahead and try it!. I think I would dilute the orange juice down a little though!.If you are using a cup of juice I would use 3/4 c juice and 1/4 cup water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I agree that the oj should work fine but dilute it a little cuz you have the citrus flavor from the lemon juice also!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
