Question: HELP, PLEASE!!! babysitting food situation!!!!?
long story short, i'm babysitting my brother and he wants a smoothie!. now!. please please please can someone give me a recipe based on what i have to work with!?! i've scoured the internet but to no avail!.
i've got two cups of peach yogurt and one of strawberry banana, two overripe peaches, an impressive array of apricots, plums, papya, and nectarines, and a plethora of browning bananas!. of yeah, and orange juice, milk, and a half jar of syrupy cut up peaches!.
please!?!? any answers and recipes will be appreciated!.

oh yeah, and sorry, i know this is weird, but i'm trying to keep the brother happy so i can make some money!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Use the strawberry banana yogurt and add one of the less brown bananas, a cup or so of ice, a splash of OJ and if it isnt sweet enough then add a little honey or sugar!. If he wants to go peach then change the yogurt and chop one of the peaches (no skin) and use the rest the same!. They'll be good either wayWww@FoodAQ@Com

Apricot Smoothie

(serves 2)
Ingredients
5oz dried apricots
1 orange, juice only
2fl oz milk
1 tbsp honey
3oz ice

Method
Roughly chop the apricots, then add all the ingredients to blender and process until smooth!.

when making a fruit smoothie you dont really need a recipe just mix some stuff that you think would taste good together
or you can
ask your brother to leave the room then take the strawberry banana yogurt and, mix it up so it becomes light and frothy, and tell him its a smoothieWww@FoodAQ@Com

exeriment a bit!. Try using the 3 cups of yogurt, the two peaches, an priot, a plum, and a banana!. put it in the blender and run it till smooth!. add some of the oj and maybe a little milk to thin it out to the texture you want!. I'd bet it comes out pretty darn good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

take the peach yogurt and a plum and a few slices of the peaches, add about 6 - 8 cubes ice and mix!.!.!.!. just mix until it tastes good!. You may want to add a bit of the syrup from the peaches to sweeten or some plums!. Good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com

how about a strawberry banana smoothie

(just add the strawberry and the banana in the blender and add ice and orange juice)

Basically mix together any of the fruits that he finds appealling and add some juice and some ice and mix it up in a blender!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

FUZZY NAVEL
Yield: 2 Servings

1 md Peach; peeled
8 oz Low-Fat Peach Yogurt
4 oz Orange Juice
4 oz Ginger Ale

Combine the peaches, yogurt, and juice into a blender and blend until
smooth!. Divide the ginger ale among serving glasses and add a portion
of yogurt to each!. Watch it foam, and enjoy!.

Per serving: 178 calories, 1 g fat, 6 g protein, 5 mg cholesterol, 37
g carbohydrates, 73 mg sodium!.

Note: This is high in calcium, vitamin A and potassium!. It is
especially good a few hours after a good run on a balmy summer day





Peach Smoothie
1 large ripe peach -- sliced
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup nonfat vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup orange juice
1 pinch ground cinnamon
