Will it still be fresh to eat?!

Question: Will it still be fresh to eat!?
I made chicken noodle casserole last night around 6PM yesterday!. In it is egg noodles, shredded chicken, parmesan cheese, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, milk, buttered cracker crumbs, and a few spices!. We had an unexpected dinner change and I put the casserole into one of those flimsy cake pan tins!. (It looks just like the kind you'd buy a premade cake in!.!.flimsy tin pan and a cheap plastic cover) I put it in the freezer while still warm!. My boyfriend said he wanted to have it for dinner tonight because it looked and smelled really good!. Should I make a new casserole tonight or will the one in the freezer still be good!? I don't want to reheat it frozen if its freezer burnt or unhealthy!. also, how should I cook it!? Do I let it thaw then put it in the oven, or do I just put it directly in the oven from the freezer!? Thanks for any suggestions!Www@FoodAQ@Com

It will be alright to eat!. Just put it in a casserole dish or pan that can with stand about 350 degrees!. Warm it for about 30 to 40 mins!. You don't have to put a cover on it as long as you don't turn oven up past 350!. Sounds good btw!. also it can go in right from the freezer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It should be fine but in the future let things cool before putting them in the fridge or freezer!. Let it thaw in the fridge (not the microwave) and then cook and it should be good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can back it in the oven at 350* for an hour plus!. It is just like one of those frozen dinners you can buy!. Just take a knife and cook til it is hot in the middle!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

sounds fine to me!. Just pop it in the oven tonight at 350 until it bubbles and it hot all the way through!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it's definitely still good, i would let it thaw a lil bit then microwave it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

make a new one!. it is not good to put something in the freezer or refrigerator if it is still warm!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

YES IT SHOULD BE FRESH, YOU FROZ ITWww@FoodAQ@Com

It should still be perfectly fine to eat!.

I'd defrost it first if time allows, in its' current container!. If you don't have time to defrost it, put it into an oven-proof container and into the oven on a lower heat than when cooking from fresh, and for a while longer!.

(Sorry this is a bit vague, but without knowing your type of cooker it's hard to be more specific!.) When it's been in a while, test it to see how it's doing!. Stir it really well, and keep heating till it's really hot!. Never, under any circumstances, refreeze a dish once it's thawed, by the way!. Heat, eat and enjoy!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
