if u have marsh near you (i do!) or im sure you could find these other places but ive found there these low-carb tortillas!.!. the brand was la tortilla factory and i remember bc i cant find them anywhere but marsh!. anyways they have 80 calories each!!!!aand theyre jumbo! and they have 14g fiber! which means youre burning off 112 calories just from the fiber (each gram of fiber you consume makes 8 calories leave your body in your poop) so basically youre loosing more calories than the freaking tortila is!.!.!. just pile on the veggies, lose aloot of the meat (but keep some lean meats), and keep your hands away from the mayo!. you should be golden =)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Use just a 1 tbsp or less of cream cheese, or make up mix of 50/50 low fat mayo and yellow or dijon mustard, or low fat mayo and horseradish, for a spread!. Pill in the veggies, shredded carrots (or use a veggie peeler to make ribbons), bell pepper, onions if you like them, brussel sprouts, avacados, tomatoes, spinach, etc!.!.!. I think you see where I am going here!.

also add in some sliced turkey, chicken etc!.!. Or even boil or roast some chicken, turkey etc!.!. shredd and add into the wrap!.

Make tuna or chicken salad and add the low fat mayo, chopped celery, chopped pickles, red grapes cut in 1/2, and a tiny squeeze of mustard!. Add iceberg and romain lettuce for a little vitamin K and E, and crunch!.

(If you take it with you for lunch then take everything packaged seperatly so that it doesn't get soggy, or slimey)Www@FoodAQ@Com
