I am making a sausage roll in school on monday and I need sausaged meat, I have skinless sausages but I'm not sure how to make them in to sausage meat!.

Can anyone help me pleaseWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Just take the skin off the sausages if they have skins, and in your case of skinless ones, you don't even have to do that!. It's ALREADY sausage meat - you just wrap the pastry round it, seal, slash the tops, brush with beaten egg or milk - and bake ! ! !Www@FoodAQ@Com

you could crumble up the links without the skins on!.!. or mix in some ground beef and add a bit of salt, sage, cayenne or black pepper!.!.
heres a recipe!.!. I dont use pork I use beef!.!. but whatever you like, ground pork, beef, turkey, or chicken,, even some have used venison, veal, or deer meat!.!. whatever meat you like
OH!. note:!.!. this recipe!.!. goes all the way through to the cooking!.!. just make little patties and wrap and freeze is fine!.!.
Homemade Breakfast Sausage
INGREDIENTS
2 teaspoons dried sage
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 pinch ground cloves
2 pounds ground pork
DIRECTIONS
In a small, bowl, combine the sage, salt, ground black pepper, marjoram, brown sugar, crushed red pepper and cloves!. Mix well!.
Place the pork in a large bowl and add the mixed spices to it!. Mix well with your hands and form into patties!.
Saute the patties in a large skillet over medium high heat for 5 minutes per side, or until internal pork temperature reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not sure exactly what you mean but if the recipe calls for sausage meat they generally are referring to the 1 lbs!. sausage shaped meat like "Jimmy Deans" where you cut the sausage off the roll and fry it up!. It comes in a variety of flavors like Sage, Spicy, Mild!. Using this type of meat see if the recipe makes sense now!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Anything to spice up the minced meat would do it depending on your taste!.

I would use frozen imported leg of lamb and have that minced because it would be less fatty but would not cost an arm and a leg!. Usually most people and commercial companies use the fatty off cuts of meat!. Using what I suggest will be an healthy option!.

For flavour go with chopped fresh corriander, garlic, crushed gharam masala ( a powdered mixure of indian spices)- deliciousWww@FoodAQ@Com

just split the sausage skins and remove the meat inside, then roll it with damp hands into a long sausage and place on the pastry, brush 1 side of pastry with water and fold pastry over, cut into the size you want , brush with beaten egg and cook on oven, gas mark 6 for about 20-25 Min'sWww@FoodAQ@Com

Not BY Monday
but go to a butcher shop and ASK to have some beef and pork or (!?) ground,, they may even suggest a spice mix
