I'll tell you how to do it!.
First convert 13 oz to pounds!. Then divide your new yield (14 # 13 oz) by the old yeild (6 #)!. This number is the conversion factor!. Multiply every ingredient in the recipe by this number!. Thats it! Pretty simple!.
You can do this to increase or decrease any recipe!. Just make sure the units of the old and new yield are the same!. It won't work otherwise!. You can even use this method if the yield is in number of servings!.
Just be careful with the amount of salt!. It becomes a problem when recipes are increased!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's a brine so it doesn't need to be exact!. Just make sure you have enough liquid to cover the whole turkey!. Multiply all the ingredients by 2!.5!. You should be all set!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
