Healthy food help?!
Alright whats a healthy combonation of foods, if their not healthy tell me!. I have Chicken legs (the ones u bake/boil) green beans, white rice, spinach (idk how to spell green stuff pop eye eats), tomatoes, lettuce, tomatoe sauce, and steaks!. What should i make/eat for a decent healthy dinner!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's all healthy- just stay away from dumping bottled sauces ontop because smothering it with High Fructose corn syrup will kill any health int he actual food!. Same for salad dressings heavy in Hydrogenated soybean oils!.
Anyway you can make :
Spanish rice: mix tomato sauce with water with a 1:1 ratio for water and sauce, if you have parsley or cilantro at that too and cook rie as you usually would!.
Baked chicken: Put oven on 325f , put a little lemon juice , black peper and parsely on it and cover it in a pan with tin foil checking every 20-15 min!.
Salad: toss Spinach ( you got that right) chopped tomatoes ( you can cut the seeds out if you want) and spinach together and coat with about 2tbsp dressing per serving of 2 cups!. If you have carrots too it would be great beacause in veggie dishes the goal is to try and eat as many different colors as you can for a good vitamin balance!.
Green beans: if you have butter you can sautee them in it rght before the chicken is done ( about 7 min) and sauteee some onions too!. Or you can steam them in 1/4 c water per 1c!. beans!. until tender (about 10 min)!.
Bam, the above is a whole meal!. Just stagger it by preheating the oven making the rice first, pop the chicken in the oven, chop the salad and start the beans!.
You could also make
Steaks : rub with sald and pepper and cook in a frying pan( optional: spoon melted butter over steak every other minute with about 4 tbsp btter per steak ) and get a nice crust on it!. Not very healthy but it is disputedly the best way to eat steaks, according to Top Chef!.
Rice: Risotto with the spinach!.
tomatoes: tomato salad!. You can just add some italian spices and toss with dressing or use red wine/basalmic vinegar to taste with olive oil and tuscan italian spices!.
And there is always simply cooking the chicken and the rice plain and putting chicken on rice, als cooking the steak plain and serving it with rice and salad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The least healthy items are the steaks (saturated fat) and the white rice (low nutritional value)!. If it were I, I would roast the chicken with herbs and EVOO, combine the rice with tomato suace and sauteed grean beans to boost it's nutritional value!.
