Spray or grease a microwave safe bowl with cooking spray or butter!. If you do this, the egg batter will not stick to the bowl in the cooking process!.
Crack eggs into the bowl!. Whip them with a fork or whisk!.
Place in the microwave and cook for 30 seconds!. Remove, as they will be partially formed (see Warnings below)!. Use your fork and stir them gently, so that the uncooked blends in with the still loose egg!. Set the eggs back in the microwave!.
Microwave the eggs for about 10 seconds and check them!. If they're not ready for your taste or are too liquidly, stir and break up the egg with a fork and place back in the microwave for a few more seconds!.
Microwave for 10 second intervals until you get more solid egg than liquid!. Be sure not to overcook or burn the eggs!.

Just beat the eggs with some salt and pepper and a little milk or water place them in a microwave safe dish and cook on high!. Microwaves are different, so start with a minute!. The thing will puff up, but that's OK!. If it is still runny after a minute, then do 30 seconds more until it isn't runny!.
The result is a mass of cooked eggs shaped like the dish you used; not exactly like scrambled eggs!. If you used a round dish, you could put your omelet toppings in there and fold it over, then you have an omelet!. You could also add the meat before you cook it and meat will be embedded in the cooked egg!.
My mom used to make egg sandwiches for me this way!. We used a square dish so it would fit on square bread!. A little mustard and a slice of cheese and I thought it was heaven!.!.!.!.!.!.!. I know better now, but it will do in a pinch!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

In a small microwavable bowl mix 2 eggs with a pinch of salt and about 1/4 chopped bell pepper , and 1 tablespoon of cream cheese and 1 tablespoon of cheddar cheese on top cover with plastic wrap and poke a hole on top , place in microwave for a couple minutes and let sit for another minute or so , during this time you can get your coffee and wheat toast ready!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Put 2 eggs a little salt and pepper and some milk in a deep bowl cover the top with a saucer, or damp kitchen roll, not clingfilm!.
Whisk them with a fork!.
Microwave for 30 seconds then whisk the fork around again!.
Microwave for about 15 more seconds (this stage depends on your microwave) or a little longer if you think they need it!.
Take them out of the microwave stir up and leave for a minute before eating!. The mix should still be quite moist, it will firm up as it stands!. If you cook it for too long it will taste like rubber!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When I was little I used to make scrambled eggs by beating them in a microwavable bowl, and then zapping them until they were solid (time depends on the microwave)!.!.!.
It worked pretty well but I would recommend greasing the bowl first!. Those things were pretty darn hard to clean afterwards!
And I imagine you could add ham, bacon, cheese, mushrooms, etc!. with no trouble at all!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Use a microwave safe dish, of course, but I recommend glass (not plastic)!. scramble you eggs in the dish with just a little bit of milk, salt and pepper and BUTTER!. (if you want an omelette, all you have to do is chop and add your omelette ingredients into it really- not as pretty, but tastes as good!!!) the butter is the important part, it keeps the eggs from drying out and turning too rubbery!. Cook until JUST done!. Do not overcook!. And be aware that the eggs are going to puff up quite a bit!.

Not sure about omlettes, but scrambled eggs are super easy!.
Beat your eggs in a suitable container like a large microwaveable bowl!. Season with salt and pepper!. Mix in a little milk and a knob of butter!.
Pop in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until the eggs are cooked!. (They will fluff up and rise in the bowl!.)
Leave out the butter if you want to reduce the fat content!.
Hope this helps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
