Confectionaires sugar?!
I found a recipe that calls for "confectionaires sugar!." Is that the same as confectioner's (powdered) sugar!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

yep! Confectionaires sugar, powdered sugar, Icing sugar is all the same!
If you are going to grind normal sugar to make it powdered sugar!.!.!. make sure u sift it to remove any granules!. Some recipes, may not need this, but for icings it is vital you dont have sugar granules!

Yes, and if you don't have any on hand you can substitute by putting some sugar in a blender to make it extra fine and adding a little corn starch!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
