Answers:
The best way to cook a chuck or actually any roast (frozen) if you have the time is to place it in a crockpot, generally just a little larger than the roast, add water until about 2/3 covered!. Add onion flakes, salt, pepper ( personally I like to use Lipton Beefy onion soup mix instead)!. Cook on low overnight!. Come morning it will be perfect to add carrots, potato's celery, etc!. Watch the vegetables so that they do not over cook!. When they get close, move temperature to keep warm!. You can also do this if you want an evening meal, follow the same directions except cook the potato's vegetables, etc!. seperate!. If you use some of the same liquid it will help the vegetable's flavor!. The juice makes a great gravy!. Hope this helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 hour on high for a roast, then 6 hours on low!. Might take longer!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

low for 6-8 hours
