3 tablespoons butter
8 fluid ounces heavy whipping cream
salt to taste
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Melt butter or margarine in a saucepan over medium heat!. Add heavy cream, stirring constantly!. Stir in salt, nutmeg, grated Parmesan cheese, and grated Romano cheese!. Stir constantly until melted, then mix in egg yolk!. Simmer over medium low heat for 3 to 5 minutes!. Garnish with additional grated Parmesan cheese, if desired!.

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
In a medium saucepan combine whipping cream, butter or margarine, and grated Parmesan cheese!. Cook over medium low heat until smooth!. Remove from heat!. Sauce will thicken upon standing!.

2 cups real parmesan cheese
2 egg yolks
crushed garlic
parsley
fresh lemon
cracked pepper
Saute garlic in butter!. Add cream and parmesan and heat until cheese is melted!. Whisk in egg yolks and heat another 5 minutes until glossy!. Add fresh chopped parlsey, squeeze of lemon juice, and pepper!.

3 large shallots, sliced thinly
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 1/2 cups white wine, divided
3/4 cup heavy cream at room temperature
1 lemon, juiced
salt or cracked or white pepper to taste
Cook shallots and garlic in butter until they become translucent and tender!. Add 1 cup white wine, and bring to a simmer!. Once it is simmering, add the remaining 1/2 cup wine!. Simmer for 10 minutes then reduce heat to medium-low!. Season with white pepper to taste!. When sauce is no longer boiling, slowly stir in cream, lemon juice and salt!. Cook your favorite pasta, I recommend spaghetti, if you want you may want to add chicken bacon any one of your favorite meats, I find it goes great with clams!.
Pour desired amount over pasta, cook meat in sauce to absorb flavour into the meat, cook sea food in different pan and than add over pasta before pouring Alfredo Sauce!.

I use the "easy alfredo sauce " given in your previous answer!. Very good and very easy!. Don't make the mistake of using pre grated parm!. Must grate it yourself or it clumps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
