When you buy tuna I prefer the tuna in water, it is cleaner to deal with and easier to drain off the liquid!. Open the can with you can opener, use the lid to hold back the tura and drain the liquid as dry as possible (or be like my husband and get the strainer out and plop it in there and squish out the liquid, cats love it and good for their coats if you like to treat them) I cut up celery to add to mine, some people like a little onion in theirs!. Mayo or Miracle Whip (your preference, I prefer Miracle Whip), You will add a spoon full, a little more or less depending how moist you like it (squishy) stir it into the bowl that you decide to mix the tuna onion or celery in and salt and pepper to taste!. It is always better chilled for about a 1/2 hour to an hour before you eat it so the flavors soak into it for a cold sandwich!. When you eat it on a sandwich there are a few ways, tastes bread with or without American or provolone or Mozzarella type cheese or open faces sandwiches in the broiler on the toasted bread twith the cheese on top just broiled enough to melt it or just plain bread or crackers on a Ritz is better than a saltine

You open the can, drain the tuna, and put it in a bowl!. Then slowly spoon in mayonnaise until you like the consistency (everyone likes it differently, some with more mayo, some with less)!. A sprinkle of salt and pepper could finish it off, or you could add some relish or chopped pickles, chopped red onion, chopped olives!.!.!.really anything you want can go in it but just plain tuna and mayo tastes good too!.

Pop open the can, dump it in a bowl!. Then add a bit of mayo!. I also add diced onion, celery, and a bit of mustard!. But the key ingredient is the mayo!.
Just mix it around until it goes from pink to a grayish color, and the big chunks of tuna are broken apart!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I add boiled eggs that are diced, mayo, a little mustard, relish or pickles, and salt and pepper after I drain the tuna!. Some people add onions, and sandwich spread instead of mayo!. Just use things you like and taste as you go!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
