How to store ready-to-eat Vietnamese spring rolls?!


Question: How to store ready-to-eat Vietnamese spring rolls!?
I plan to make Vietnamese spring rolls in big numbers!. Is it OK to store them in the fridge with tight covered tupperware!? And if so, how many days is the maximum for storing them before they go bad!? ThanksWww@FoodAQ@Com

freeze em! put a certain amount in freezer bags or containers so you can bring out portions of them as you need them!.!.!. if you freeze them they'll prob last about 6 months!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
