Frozen veg is frozen very soon after harvesting and therefore keeps all their vitamins etc better so in some cases it can be better for you than fresh veg (especially if the fresh veg has been hanging around a while after being picked)!. Freezing food does alter it's taste slightly and some food may not taste quite so good frozen, but generally it doesn't make much difference!.
I prefer my vegetables fresh, but I do buy frozen if a particular vegetable is out of season and I do freeze my own if I have more than I need!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would think they gotta lose something in the process of being prepared for freezing and then they need another process in preparation for eating!. I know they lose taste! Nothin beats fresh with minimal prep like a quick steam or flash grilling!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Yes, b/c frozen veggies are picked at their peak of ripeness and flash frozen to preserve them perfectly!. Just be sure not to cook them to mush (as w/ any fresh veggie, too)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
