Answers:
Frozen veg is frozen very soon after harvesting and therefore keeps all their vitamins etc better so in some cases it can be better for you than fresh veg (especially if the fresh veg has been hanging around a while after being picked)!. Freezing food does alter it's taste slightly and some food may not taste quite so good frozen, but generally it doesn't make much difference!.
I prefer my vegetables fresh, but I do buy frozen if a particular vegetable is out of season and I do freeze my own if I have more than I need!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make your search engine your best friend!. You could've looked this up yourself!.!.!.a quick search on 'frozen vegetables vs fresh' (no quotes) revealed this right off:

"In 1998, the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) confirmed that frozen fruits and vegetables provide the same essential nutrients and health benefits as fresh!."Www@FoodAQ@Com

NO!. Not if you freeze them right after picking them!.

but they do lose vitamin content and nutritional value when and how you cook them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would think they gotta lose something in the process of being prepared for freezing and then they need another process in preparation for eating!. I know they lose taste! Nothin beats fresh with minimal prep like a quick steam or flash grilling!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, b/c frozen veggies are picked at their peak of ripeness and flash frozen to preserve them perfectly!. Just be sure not to cook them to mush (as w/ any fresh veggie, too)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well it's better to eat it fresh because i think it taste so much better because you can taste the freshnessWww@FoodAQ@Com
