What is a good way to cook fish?!
I need to good healthy recipe for cooking fish!. I bought some fresh salmon yesterday, but I don't have any recipes for cooking fish!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Grilled Salmon with Lime Butter Sauce
Season Salmon simply with salt and pepper!. Set aside!.
In the meantime, grate 2 tbsp!. of lime zest!. set aside!.
Melt one stick of butter and blend with 1 clove of garlic, minced and 1/4 cup of fresh lime juice!. Add a dash of salt & pepper!. Blend til smooth!.
Grill Salmon flesh side down on the grill for 4 minutes then flip and do the other side 4-5 minutes!. Remove!. sprinkle the fresh lemon zest on each piece and then 1 tbs of the melted lime butter sauce on each piece of salmon!. Serve Hot!.
If you like Crab with a regular butter sauce then you will like this!. The lime brightens the flavor of the salmon without overpowering it!. You can add more sauce to each piece if you like!. The magic happens once the zest and sauce are added to the fish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If the salmon is a fillet, this is good
Slice the fillet into 2 inch slices
make a glaze by adding 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp ginger, 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup), 1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes ,a dash of soy sauce and 1/4 cup water to a pan!.
Cook for about 10 minutes until the flavors are infused and the liquid has reduced by about half!. (be careful about burning)!.
Strain sauce into a bowl
Put Salmon slices on baking sheet and cover with glaze using a pastry brush or a spoon!.
Bake in a very hot oven (425) for about 20 - 25 minutes!. Halfway through cooking, glaze the salmon again!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you have a grill, you can grill it on cedar planks!. Buy these planks at any grocery store, then soak them for a few hours!. Sprinkle salmon with garlic powder, dijon mustard, and brown sugar!. Grill on the plank (do not turn the fish over) until the salmon flakes!. Easy and good!Www@FoodAQ@Com
steam it with some vegetables in a parchment pouch!. the steam cooks the fish well, and also allows it to retain a great deal of its own flavor because the pouch keeps it from escaping!. it's also easy to clean up!Www@FoodAQ@Com
I would say put the salmon in foil with lemon peper and seasoning and put them on the grill with low heat untill they are cooked!. My brother doest it and it taste great!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
