My votes go to:
Salmon - very nice looking after grilling, not too "fishy" for those who don't like fish and you can season it so many ways!.
Swordfish - makes great kabobs or sliced on a salad or in fish tacos!. Nice mouthfeel - more like meat!.
Thresher shark - very much like steak as it is chewy!. Nice on kabobs or just with a teriyaki marinade
Halibut - but careful of bones and sometimes it "self destructs" if you put it directly on the grill!.
Fresh trout - bones again, but very yummy
Fresh bass filet
Ahi or Albacore tuna - can dry out easily though

As with all fish, be careful not to overcook!. That will dry it out!. Better to undercook a little and cover with foil to let it finish or stick in the microwave for a few seconds!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i like fish that is not too fishy ntasting
halibut or filet of soleor flounder
when i grill it i place a piece of fish on foil, season it with garlic, lemon zest salt and pepper then lemon juice!.
i top that with sliced zucchini and tomato and close the foil to make a pouch then place on grill for 12 minutes

quick and easy!.!.no mess and very yummy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

monkfish is good!.!.
but for grilling!.!.!.i would say the "meaty fish" like tuna, salmon, Mahi Mahi (my fav), snapper, grouper,!.!.!.!.oh n maybe sea bass!.!.!.!.!.

as for the marinade!.!.!.!.i usually!.!.!.for the mahi mahi!.!.!.i marinade in a garlic chili sauce!.!.!.if u like spicy stuff!.!.!.!.n then add just a little sugar!.!.!.makes a really good combination!.!.!.the sugar will caramelize the fish slightly!.!.!.!.n the chili is just good!!.!.!.!.hope this helps!

Salmon is a good fish to grill!. You can do so much with it, marinated it in teriyaki sauce, or sprinkle it with Old Bay Seasoning or another purchased rub, or try some of these recipes:

Swordfish would be an awesome choice - if you enjoy a stronger flavor, try shark!. Always a good standby is salmon -

make sure you have plenty of fresh-squeezed lemon juice and a bit of dill for the latter!.
