Sift together the flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture until well blended!. In a small bowl, stir together the 2 tablespoons of sugar, and the cinnamon!. Roll dough into walnut sized balls, then roll the balls in the cinnamon-sugar!. Place them onto an unprepared cookie sheet, two inches apart!.

balls the size of walnuts!. Mix together the cinnamon and the 3-tablespoons
sugar!. Roll balls in cinnamon/sugar mixture; place about 2 inches apart on
ungreased baking sheets!.

Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 12 minutes, or until lightly
browned!.

(Cookies will puff up at first and then flatten out with crinkled tops!.)
