Buy a scale!. They're cheap!.

If you're following a strict diet then there's not really another reliable way!.!. It'd pretty much be guessing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you know how much the chicken and the fish weighs from when you purchased it, you can roughly make a guess!.!.!. e!.g!. if your chicken breast was sold to you by the pound!.!.!. 16-18 ounces of chicken breast !.!.!. and use a third of it!. It isn't completely accurate!.!. but for diet purposes it is near enough!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chicken breast come in 6 oz cans and salmon comes in 16 oz cans!.
Open'em up!. scoop it out or slice it up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
